Opening Reception

The traditional welcome reception will be held in the Sabatini Room at the Hotel Melia Madrid Princesa. This will be a great opportunity to renew old acquaintances and make some new ones. “Vino español” will be served. Please join us at 6:00 pm for this gathering. Cost: €25 per person.

Government/Industry Luncheon

The Government/Industry luncheon will feature a prominent guest speaker from the aeronautics industry. While final arrangements are currently underway, we can expect a lively presentation relevant to current military aircraft programs. The luncheon starts at noon in the Sabatini Room. Cost: The Government/Industry luncheon is included with a full three-day registration or vendor registration, others: €40.

Awards Banquet

The Awards Banquet will be held in the Sabatini Room at the Hotel Melia Madrid Princesa at 9:00 pm preceded by a reception with “vino español” at 8:00 pm. Cost: €55 per person.
