Sponsorship Opportunities

Obtain maximum exposure for your Company through three different Corporate Sponsorship Tiers

Logo is proportionately sized in thirds based on applicable tier of Sponsorship.

• Logos displayed in conjunction with wherever “67^th Annual SAWE Conference” is printed.
• Includes conference signage, event web page, Announcement and Conference Program.
• Registration Packages equal what is allotted to a full three?day individual member registration.

Events Level

For individuals and smaller organizations, SAWE has established an entry level sponsorship for Events. Applicable events will have signage listing all Sponsors. Your name or company will be listed on signage positioned outside the Sunday Reception/Mixer and select Coffee/Refreshment Breaks and Group Events. Cost is $500.

Note: The SAWE does not allow for exclusive sponsorship of events. All “Event” sponsors will have their name displayed in the same size under a general listing of “Event Sponsors”.

• The first electronic version of 67^th Annual Conference Announcement will be distributed at the end of December. Don't delay have your company logo prominently displayed in this first version which is posted to the web site and e-mailed to all SAWE members and past conference attendees.

• The announcement is updated & posted regularly. If you miss the first version, your logo will be added to the next version following receipt of your registration.

• The final printed version of the announcement will be completed in late January.

• The final Event Guide and all conference signage will be completed in April.

• Payment in full is required with registration.

• Logos must be provided in vector format such as .svg, .eps, or .ps, .ai, .psd to ensure high quality publication.
