If paying by credit card, ensure the driver is OK with credit cards for payment. Even though taxis are required by law to accommodate electronic payments, some drivers may insist only a cash payment, or say their machine is broken once you arrive. They are also not allowed to ask for any additional fees for accepting an electronic payment.
