Ordering and Downloading Papers

Log into your account on sawe.org (see "How do I get an account on sawe.org?"). Click the "My Membership" link listed under your user name in the left column on the home page. This will take you to a form where you can update your membership information and verify your membership status.
Log into your account on sawe.org (see "How do I get an account on sawe.org?"). Click on the "Renew Membership" link listed under your user name in the left column on the home page. This will take you to a form where you can renew your membership online using a credit card. You may also contact your local chapter Treasurer directly to pay your dues.
SAWE Member Numbers are unique identification codes that are assigned to each SAWE member starting in late 2008. The SAWE Member Numbers are used to help verify membership and provide access to online services, electronic voting and member discounts in the online SAWE Store. The number begins with an "X" and ends in a four digit number.

Your SAWE Member Number is printed on all SAWE Mailings including the SAWE Journal. The member number is also included at the end email newsletters and announcements. See example member number above.
You may also use the Contact Us page to request your membership number. Please include your full name, company, and SAWE Chapter in the request.
Current and previous SAWE members are eligible for accounts on sawe.org. Only current members can access the Members area of the website. Previous members can update their membership information and renew or reinsate their membership.
The process is simple. Go to the web page listed below or click on the "Create new account" link on the sawe.org home page and fill out the registration form.
If the email address given during the registration process matches the email address we have on record for you, then an email will be sent to your address to confirm your identity. Click on the enclosed link and your account will be confirmed.
If you provided a different email or if we did not have a previous email address for you, then please allow 24 hours for the account registration information to be verified and matched to your membership record.
Go to the following web page and enter your user name or email address. You will be sent instructions with a link to change your user name or password.
If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request that your email address be updated.
Verify your membership status (see "How do I verify my current membership status?"). If your membership status is listed as "Arrears" or "Expired", you need to renew your membership (see "How do I renew my membership online?"). If you have recently renewed, please contact your local chapter Treasurer or Ron Fox at email@example.com, to verify and update your membership status.
