Attached is a draft of RP C-2, Managing Mass Properties Risk, by Andy Schuster.  The document provides a complete outline of this functional recommended practice and quite a bit of it is fully fleshed out. There are areas that are missing or incomplete and we need your help in finishing this document.


 Please take a look and provide comments.  If you want to provide some of the missing areas, please feel free and post them here.  I will incorporate changes and additions and update the draft and post it.
