Terms

1. Onsite classes will be held at a location identified by the company requesting the class
2. Class dates are usually 4-8 weeks after a quotation is provided to the company requesting the class
3. Final date based on mutual agreement between students and the instructor
4. Price is a flat fee for 5 or less students, and includes all travel expenses
5. Payment (P.O., check, credit card number) is due 14 days prior to the class dates. Payment is made to the SAWE Inc and sent to the SAWE Executive Director,2131 Tevis Ave, Long Beach CA 90815-3352 at the address above.
6. The company requesting the class shall arrange for the following: classroom with PC and video projector, access for the instructor to the base. When appropriate, an aircraft to be weighed with appropriate scales, etc, and a copy of the Form E of the aircraft to be weighed during the class and transportation between class room and aircraft for the instructor and students. When appropriate, a computer with Version 9.3 of Automate Weight and Balance Software installed on each machine
7. Students are issued "Training Certificate" upon passing a short test after the class.

Pricing

• 3 Day Onsite class $10,000 for 5 students, $1000 for each additional student
• 1 Day Onsite class $ 7,500 for 5 students, $500 for each additional student

Notes

• A student is someone who attends the class, completes the exam, and receives a "Certificate of Completion".
• All classes include materials
• SAWE does not provide AWBS software, for which a license can be obtained by visiting the AWBS website at https://awbs.hill.af.mil for details.
