This paper discusses the development of various methods of vehicle synthesis at GDSS and how this work has led to the computer synthesis program now called Flexible Analysis for Synthesis, Trajectory, and Performance on Advanced Space Systems (FASTPASS).</style></abstract><work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">15.
