This paper explores the need for these advanced technologies, the rewards of achieving them, and the risks associated with not realizing the level predicted, and concludes that a V/STOL aircraft can be designed and built to meet these guidelines providing technical advancement is achieved in all these areas of aircraft development. </style>
<work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">11.0.
