This paper was prepared as a follow-up to a paper that this author delivered during the 1955 Society of Aeronautical Weight Engineers Conference.  It was entitled “How the Weapon System Management Concept is Reducing Equipment Weight on the B-58.” The purpose of this paper is to summarize the B-58 program weight control accomplishments during the period from 1955 to 1960. Included in this paper are:
•	A brief resume of the 1955 paper.
•	What was and what was not accomplished of the aims of the 1955 paper during the past five years.
•	Additional weight control accomplishments.
•	Future plans for further weight control effort.
