Credit Card Orders

Credit card information is collected and sent directly to our credit card processor, Authorize.Net, through encrypted and secure transactions. No credit card information is stored on SAWE servers.

You credit card will be charged immediately after the checkout process is complete. Please review your Shopping Cart carefully before proceeding to checkout. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancellation fee after the order is confirmed.

Check/Money Orders

Make payment payable to the Society of Allied Weight Engineers, Inc. and mail to the contact address shown below. Order is not final until payment is received.

Currencies

All charges are in US Dollars. All Euro (€) prices shown on the conference registration item descriptions are for reference only. The SAWE is only able to collect online payments in US Dollars. The prices are updated daily to the current exchange rate. The current exchange rate used is shown here.

Order Cancellations

All orders are considered final unless canceled within a reasonable time. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Conference registrations may be canceled at anytime up to one week before the conference. All cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Registrations canceled within one week prior to the conference are subject to additional charges and fees.
