How do I verify or update my mailing address or email address?
How do I verify my current membership status?Log into your account on sawe.org (see "How do I get an account on sawe.org?"). Click the "My Membership" link listed under your user name in the left column on the home page. This will take you to a form where you can update your membership information and verify your membership status.

How do I renew my membership online?
Log into your account on sawe.org (see "How do I get an account on sawe.org?"). Click on the "Renew Membership" link listed under your user name in the left column on the home page. This will take you to a form where you can renew your membership online using a credit card. You may also contact your local chapter Treasurer directly to pay your dues.

The SAWE Member Numbers are used to help verify membership and provide access to electronic voting. The number begins with an "X" and ends in a four digit number.

Where do I find my SAWE Member Number?
Your SAWE Member Number is printed on all SAWE Mailings including the SAWE Journal. The member number is also included at the end email newsletters and announcements. See example member number above.
You may also find your membership number by visiting the "My Membership" on sawe.org. An account is required on sawe.org. For more information on creating an account on sawe.org, click here.
You may also use the Contact Us page to request your membership number. Please include your full name, company, and SAWE Chapter in the request.

How do I get an account on sawe.org?
Current and previous SAWE members are eligible for accounts on sawe.org. Only current members can access the Members area of the website. Previous members can update their membership information and renew or reinsate their membership.
The process is simple. Go to the web page listed below or click on the "Create new account" link on the sawe.org home page and fill out the registration form.

If the email address given during the registration process matches the email address we have on record for you, then an email will be sent to your address to confirm your identity. Click on the enclosed link and your account will be confirmed.
If you provided a different email or if we did not have a previous email address for you, then please allow 24 hours for the account registration information to be verified and matched to your membership record.
I do not remember my user name or password. How do I get my login information?
How do I reset my password?Go to the following web page and enter your user name or email address. You will be sent instructions with a link to change your user name or password.

If you no longer have access to the email address that you used to register, send an email to webmaster@sawe.org and request that your email address be updated.
I no longer have access to the members only information and the website returns "Access Denied" when I try to access the Members link. What do I do?
Verify your membership status (see "How do I verify my current membership status?"). If your membership status is listed as "Arrears" or "Expired", you need to renew your membership (see "How do I renew my membership online?"). If you have recently renewed, please contact your local chapter Treasurer or the Executive VP (responsible for membership) at executivevp@sawe.org, to verify and update your membership status.

As part of your SAWE membership benefits, each member receives 10 free product downloads each year. The free product downloads renew each year on May 1st for members in good standing.

A discount coupon code is automatically applied to members shopping cart when an applicable product is added to the cart. The coupon is good for 1 free product per order. Multiple papers or recommended practices may be purchased using multiple orders.

Credit card information is collected and sent directly to our credit card processor, Authorize.Net, through encrypted and secure transactions. No credit card information is stored on SAWE servers.
You credit card will be charged immediately after the checkout process is complete. Please review your Shopping Cart carefully before proceeding to checkout. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancelation fee after the order is confirmed.

The SAWE cannot accept wire transfers for payment for SAWE Store purchases. Credit Cards, Checks and Money orders are the only accepted form of payment.
All charges are in US Dollars. The SAWE is only able to collect online payments in US Dollars.
All orders are considered final unless canceled within a reasonable time. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancelation fee.
