Zoom Webinar Registration
Note: Registration is a two step process. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to register for the Zoom Webinar.  Webinar registration in advance is REQUIRED for the Technical Sessions and Standards & Practices Meetings.

You will receive an email confirmation from techfair@sawe.org with your registration details and personalized link to join the webinar. Please add this email address to your contact or safe sender list, as you will not be able to join the presentation without your unique link. We will also send you reminder emails as the event draws nearer. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or let us know at your earliest convenience.

After registering on the SAWE Website, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to register for the Zoom Webinar.  This will allow you to receive a personalized Webinar link for joining the conference.

Webinar registration in advance is REQUIRED for the Technical Sessions and Standards & Practices Meetings.

The Standards and Practice session (on the second week of the conference) will be held using standard Zoom meetings. The session do not overlap so you may attend any session you wish. Note some session workshops are split into multiple days.

No. You are not required to register or attend the Tech Fair to take a training class.

You may request cancellation and get a full refund up until June 19, 2020. Please send refund requests to techfair@sawe.org

After the SAWE Tech Fair starts, we can not issue a refund.

SAWE Tech Fair Zoom Webinar and Zoom Meetings

The Tech Fair will utilize Zoom Webinar and Zoom Meeting. Check Zoom.us for some basic device requirements. A Zoom account is not required but it is recommended to use the Zoom from a Windows or Apple computer with a webcam for the best experience. Zoom Meetings and Webinars can be joined thru a browser interface but joining from the Zoom App will provide the best experience. If you are using a company provided device, check with your IT department on access limitations.

    • Attendees may vote on submitted questions.
    • Questions with the most votes will be answered first
  • To ask to speak during the session, click the Raise Hand button Raise Hand Button
    • The host will unmute you when it is your turn to speak.
