Chapters

Chapters are the life blood of SAWE. The Society is organized into 20 chapters with members from across the United States, Brazil, Europe, United Kingdom, and Canada. Each chapter provides an opportunity for our members to meet with each other and share experiences, best practices, and innovations, as well as make lifelong friends at the local level.  Chapter projects support the international organization in a variety of ways.

Each Chapter is led by an executive team comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer who are elected each year. Chapters also elect a Director every two years who acts as the liaison with the international Board of Directors.
