SAWE Copyright Policy

All SAWE books, technical papers, recommended practices, and handbooks which are published/distributed by SAWE are SAWE copyrighted property.   Anyone who does any of the following without authorization from SAWE infringes on that copyright:

• Reproduce the work by making copies of it
• Distribute copies of the work to the public by sale, donation, rental, or lending;
• Prepare new works derived from the original (for example, a novel adapted into a play, or a translation, or a musical arrangement)
• Publicly perform or display the work.

For Corporate Partners and Company Members whilst active membership is maintained, any downloads utilizing associated membership benefits may be stored in a centralized area on the company intranet network accessible to only employees. The copying/distribution restrictions highlighted above still apply.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges where applicable are noted and included in the product price.

 

Credit Card Orders

Credit card information is collected and sent directly to our credit card processor, Stripe, through encrypted and secure transactions. No credit card information is stored on SAWE servers.

You credit card will be charged immediately after the checkout process is complete. Please review your Shopping Cart carefully before proceeding to checkout. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancelation fee after the order is confirmed.

 

Wire Transfers

The SAWE cannot accept wire transfers for payment for SAWE Store purchases.  Credit Cards, Checks and Money orders are the only accepted form of payment.

 

Currencies

All charges are in US Dollars. The SAWE is only able to collect online payments in US Dollars.

 

Order Cancelations

All orders are considered final unless canceled within a reasonable time. Credit card orders are subject to a 4% cancelation fee.
