Overall acceptance of the CHEM-MILL Process as a new supplemental manufacturing tool is disclosed through detailed charts, which list metal alloys that have been chemically milled, and also a tabulation of the aircraft and missiles that have Utilized CHEM-MILL-produced structural components.

Additionally, a detailed layout of a complete CHEM-MILL facility is discussed.

Since this unique Process has been the subject of numerous published articles, an effort has been made to present information in this paper that is not common knowledge in the CHEM-MILL industry. The widely publicized advantages and other miscellaneous Process data are included in order to make this a comprehensive report.
